We like to browse the new technology every once in awhile here. Recently it seems like I can't walk around in peace and quiet. The second you walk into the door there's someone greeting you, then they follow you asking what they can help you find. I know it's their job but we made it very clear we are not interested and don't need help and he kept asking. Great service otherwise, and there's typically always someone to help you when you actually do need help.

Word of advice special items like electronics and other gadgets where a small Best Buy Mall shop says the main store has just one left in stock 🤔 high tell it. These stores have tight security and accounting of all merchandise. Wanted a At&t Go phone, out in West Town Mall's Best Buy pop up shop. They were out, and of course the main store just across the lot had just one left. Jackass sales men could not get confirmation by calling personal friends when he should have call the store. Went to At&t store and theirs was $10 more, and something said go check. Low in behold it was there.

I bought the new Samsung 9S. The sales people who helped me with the purchase were efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant, funny and one could tell that they worked well with each other. Great experience. If I have a problem, they get to it right away and if they can't solve the problem, they ask for help.

This is by far the worst Best Buy that I have ever stepped into. The biggest issue was the employees, so I will focus on them.

None of them were knowledgeable, and all of them acted like they didn't want to be there. They were happily talking to each other, but when they had to deal with a customer (not just me) they acted like it was such an inconvenience and disruption to their day. 

I wouldn't bother talking to the store manager about this issue, because when you have a collective team with this behavior, that's a strong indicator that their leadership isn't much better.

That will be my last visit to Pentagon City Best Buy.

Pretty much a typical Best Buy store, but I've generally have positive experiences here.  More times than not, the staff members were able to answer my questions and I’ve been able to find the products I’ve needed.  I appreciate being able to pick up on-line orders at the stores.  Finding parking has never been an issue,
