If you have problems with your Macbooks, just go straight to Apple store, don't even bother to go here. They will just do more damage to your devices, and will ask you to wait longer and longer. Very last resort.

The few times I've went here, I've found the people to be nice and friendly, however the prices seem to be unreasonably high for almost everything I've needed to get there.

Amazing customer service!  Store Supervisor Patti went out of her way to help me with an issue of a forgotten keyboard even though she was not obligated to.  Professional and understanding, great focus on customer service at this store.  Thank youDoIT Tech Store and Patti!
