I sent in a request by email for a quotation on reinstallation of Windows 10 on a new disk, to replace my continued blue screen situation.  Never heard back, days later.  This has happened before, but didn't do a review at that time.  On another occasion, had to get digital signature and took about 4 times longer than needed due to most people not knowing what to do until the 3rd person they found, was finally knowledgeable.

this place sucks. they put me on hold for like two hours and blame everyone except themselves. don't wast your time.

Carl was so helpful when he worked on my computer and he helped me solve the issues on my computer with such concern and attention to detail.  I don't think I had ever received such genuine service when going to an IT place. Thank you.
