Edison in computers and electronics was awesome! He spent about an hour with myself and my wife picking out the best computer option for her work computer. We ended up settling on something they didn’t have in store and he gave us the option to have it delivered or pick it up at a different store. Due to the fact she needed it in 2 days we didn’t get a chance to buy from him but we did purchase it from another store.

The customer service; and information about the TV was great. They price matched everything for us. They said that there is free delivery and we can schedule a time that works for us. We though that's great so we chose to go through best buy. When they asked for our delivery address they had the wrong address on file and we told them the correct one, he said he fixed it. Now it is the date of our delivery; and we get a call from the delivery guy saying he's here; and turns out they went to the wrong address; the guy who checked us out didn't even fix the old address. It's ridiculous when you are spending $900 for something and now you have to reschedule because the people who are checking you out at the register can't do their job right.

During setting up my new consulting business I needed many electronic products- new laptop, Quick Books, backup hard drive and more.  The online product comparison was superb and the Geek Squad helped me set up my laptop and recommend other products.  And, when Microsoft didn't fix a bug with their new OS, Geek Squad already had a fix! Love them. I hope the store experience never changes.

Wow, this place offered GREAT service. The geek squad told me about this plan that protects my new laptop for 3 YEARS from accidental damage! And I got this cool thing called 24/7...It's like having personal tech support! I hate having to maintain my computers, now I don't have to! Thanks best buy (and geek squad)

Breanna is a very great worker and she really knows her way around the store. She knows  electronics very well and her smile is very pleasant and delightful. Great worker!
