Plenty of people in store but no one was hurrying to help me. I finally asked someone pulling pallet jack to help me. He had someone call someone else. This guy saved the day. Super knowledgeable and knew where everything was at. Cashier super nice to.

My husband and I bought a washer 3 weeks ago. It was delivered damaged. They said we could keep it till they delivered a new one next week. It ruined our new wood floor. We decided to tell them to forget it to pick up the washer and not to redeliver a new one. Well it’s almost 4 weeks later. I have been doing my laundry at a laundromat. I’m afraid to buy another washer online. I am still being charged on my Best Buy Credit card 483.74 for the cost of the washer because someone didn’t do their paperwork right and it’s not being shown as returned. Still waiting for the issue to be fixed almost a month later.

I really enjoy shopping this location. 2nd amendment friendly and management has always been very helpful when it comes to my concerns, needs and price matching. Staff has been very friendly and helpful as well.

If you want to talk to a personable and well educated computer guy, ask for Dale Harper.  He was fantastic and guided me in all of my new computer needs.  I asked if I could call him personally to help do some computer work and he was so honest and loyal to Best Buy that he said that he could not do that and that he would not do that, but that the Geek Squad could do all the work that I needed.  Honest, intelligent, friendly, and loyal.  We need more guys like Dale Harper in this world.   Thanks so much Dale Harper.

If you want to be treated like a thief feel free to come to this store. Talk about creepers workers peeking over every corner. They aren’t trying to help either otherwise the might just ask instead of acting like your stealing something. Don’t bother....shop anywhere else but here if they haven’t already Monopolize the industry like WALMART! The store is not worth going to!
