If I could give this store negative stars I would. I walked in an hour before closing to get my phone screen looked at because it was not working properly. The lady behind the counter with the 1980's haircut did not even acknowledge my husband and I. All she said was "if you are here for a repair I'm not taking anymore phones." I totally understand that they were not to accommodate my repair that evening but you could have at least tried to check my phone and offer me an upgrade. I needed a new phone because I was flying back home to Hawaii the next day. She was no help at all. What's worse is that on my way out the workers were yelling "ono" "aloha". Mildy racist don't you think? Please don't yell out random words that you don't know the meaning to just because you watched an episode of Hawaii 5-0.

On another note not all Sprint stores are bad. Once I landed on Oahu. I went to the aiea branch and got a new phone. It's pretty sad I have to go to another state to get good service

Gilly is literally THE BEST Sprint Tech I've ever worked with. And rye test of the Team there is Super Badass as well. Great work, I'd drive across town to be sure I'm able to work with them before I'd go to another Sprint store for support.

Manager is worthless! Never once acknowledged his customers that have been waiting to see someone for 2 hours. His own employees ask him questions and dont even acknowledge them

The sprint store itself will not accept any responsibility for products it sells.  Broken screen protector first night, and they told me to call the manufacturer.

These guys couldn't resolve my issue with the phone they sold me. Had to switch to Verizon after 8 years with Sprint.
