Very pleased with customer service. We purchased a chair and printer this week. Everyone was knowledgable and very helpful. They ensured the chair carton was not damaged thus the chair was in good condition.

Bad...I called to aee if you had what I needed.  When I got there, it was not in stock or even available.  Boo hoo

Office Max has better customer service better response time and is just down the street. 

I'm from out of town, I go to staples all the time where I live. This was the worst experience I have ever had! I needed to print out documents from my USB,... but all of their self serve printers were down. They did nothing but turn them off and back on. When I asked the lady if she could print them from behind the desk,... she said yes at first,... took my USB,... when she opened it and saw I had more than 15 docs I needed printed,... she said she couldn't do them, and that now she had orders and might get to it in 2 or 3 hours...

I had the pleasure of encountering two employees who went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service at this location. The first occasion, towards the end of September, led me to Michael who courteously provided practical insights on a good choice for resume printing paper and some great feedback on contents for a career portfolio cover page. 

Sarah was the one who was there to print the finalized documents a couple days later. Her professionalism, patience and courtesy is highly commendable. She made sure to print a couple of test pages for my review before printing an entire order. This helped locate a text alignment error on a List of References, which she found and quickly fixed. Her suggestion to laminate the portfolio cover page for attachment to a binder was creative and practical. I will certainly go back to this store for any print jobs. Thanks again, Michael and Sarah, for your great service and kind spirit.

I am a regular  coustmer  at this  staples  store  I used to shop  the other staples located  at  coors and  Ouray  rd  there was  a nice employee named carman  who helped me out she is number  1  now I will continue to ask her for great service  she is very polite , very helpful   I rate the  cottonwood store an  a plus  great job carman  and also a great job to ray  go  by andask for carman  and ray  theyare number 1
