I chose this location because it has convenient business times. I dont get out of work until 5:30pm and I really needed to get my husband some important items that he forgot when he left on a business trip the night before. The gentleman who was behind the counter (wish I caught his name) greeted me promptly and was really helpful in choosing the best rate to ship my items in a timely manner. He even helped me pick the best size box for a Valentines gift which I'll be shipping here in a few days, and explained what day I would want to send it in order for the package to arrive to my husband by Valentines Day. Thank you for making my first experience to this store a great one!

Great experience at this store shipping a package. The young man was friendly, respectful, efficient and professional. The transaction was completed quickly. Definitely recommend the store!

The store on Ellison is always awesome! Today the crew here went above and beyond. I came in to get a notary stamp on a form for my concealed handgun carry application. The gentleman who assisted me was not only prompt but also informed me that they also are authorized to do take fingerprints for the company that does CHC background checks. Saved me a long drive to the home office way across town in rush hour traffic. Love this  store!

Went here yesterday.  I ran out of ink for my printer.  Thought it would be convenient so stopped at this location.  The girl amithyst had no idea what CC meant on how to copy someone on a scanned email.  So instead she said they couldn't copy a person on an email but ended up saying she didn't know what that meant.  So i showed her how and where to scan it to And then she charges me 25 dollars after i showed her how to do her job and she sent me confidential documents to a wrong snail.  The manager finally called me back and just offers a 10 coupon off next  service.  Never going there agsin . SMH
