Great selection of product. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I recently purchased a camera security system and saw it went on sale a week afterwards. I went to customer service with my receipt and they were able to price match! Thank you Best Buy in yorba Linda!

Bought a game online waited a week got confirmation email, then I'm told that it magically disappeared, after confirmation email said in store come pick it up! Get a call and told it's not available, sorry too bad so sad sucks yo be you. Call in, store offered  $10 off another game. Wow, so not only is my time worth $10 not even what you get with gamers club. Come in and told the same after I got a cancellation text, which no one told me about. Best buy had been on their last legs with us anyway. Customer service sucks never have things in stock, even in ad items. Would have to wait another week for a washer that was in ad, so they lost a $700 sale to Lowe's. So if you want mediocre at best service and people who could care less shop here. This is the type of attitude that almost had them going bankrupt a few years ago. Have to say the cliche never will I shop here again. I haven't stepped foot in other stores I've written of for years. So no biggie.

Great place to shop for electronics. Staff is very pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. Staff goes out of their way to help you...very helpful and patient. This store is lots better than Fry's! Best Buy stores are well organized, clean and staff is Great! Lots of parking and safe after dark as area is kept well lot.

Box box store. Good service. I mean really good service for the holiday season. Purchased a television. Went in with a bit of research as to what we wanted. Sales rep asked to help. Showed use similar products for good comparison. Ultimately we bought what we went in for. Sales man matched the online price. 
I must say I visited 2 best buys this holiday & everything was well organized & staff friendly.

Yes order a 55inch tv.. Yes the worker help us put did TV into my truck they was so sweet and kind they get a High 5 for me
