The salesperson was nice and very helpful with fabric selection and style details for our sofa and chairs.   However, the workmanship of the frames was defective and a spring broke in the sofa shortly after it was delivered.   Scheduling a pickup for the repair was difficult, and we are very unsatisfied with the attempted repair: the seating area sags significantly, which is not how a brand-new and expensive piece of furniture should feel.  Recently, a spring broke in a companion chair, so we will look elsewhere for repairs.  I do not plan to purchase another Thomasville piece.   Ever.
