My wife and I visited this store in November and purchased a couple leather recliners from Dylan Klassen.  His knowledge and customer service were exceptional...no pressure to buy, just very helpful.  A couple months later, we were looking for additional furniture. Yorba Linda store didn’t have the particular item we wanted to see on display, so we visited another Lazy Boy Store to see if they had the item on display. During our visit to this other store, we came to appreciate Dylan even more because the service at this other store was not nearly as customer service oriented or knowledgeable as our past experience with Dylan. We returned to Dylan’s store in Yorba Linda and he helped us purchase a couple more recliners, couch with sleeper, side table, and pillows. We spent hours in the store, never once feeling pressure to hurry with our selection or to buy.  Once again, Dylan’s customer service and professional demeanor stood out as exceptional.  He checked on us often, but also left us alone enough to explore.  He answered our questions, gave us advice when asked, and made us feel at home in his store.  We also had the opportunity to interact with Daisy during this visit and she too was very helpful and knowledgeable. Daisy helped with the final purchase details that evening after we had to run home to get a color sample from our home. When we returned, Dylan had already gone off duty, so Daisy pulled up our order that Dylan had saved and completed the sale for him. Their great teamwork and cooperative attitude made our entire experience very pleasant. I didn’t get the store manager’s name, but he too briefly spoke with us and answered questions for us during our shopping experience.  Thank You All!

Eh, it's nice. The name made me think Playboy, but they had no Playboy magazines there. However, an 8/10 employee took me to the back and gave me great service, better than any Playboy magazine! 8/10 would recommend.

The sales associate was very good about introducing us to many different styles, especially after we mentioned that we preferred a living room set that was not as deep seated as the majority of the models on the sales floor. He was also very proactive about finding pieces that fit our needs that could be delivered quickly so that we would not have to wait 4-6 weeks for all of the pieces of the set we wanted. He also arranged for some of the pieces to be delivered within a week while we waited for the piece that had to be custom ordered.

Just purchased two chairs and a sectional. The salesperson Dylan and the decorator person Jasmine were both very pleasant to work with. There was no sales pressure, but rather straightforward information provided by Dylan. Jasmine did a great job in providing her input in color coordinations and furniture arrangement. She was helpful in putting together the photos and imagery of what our room would look like with the new colors and furniture selection. She measured the room and explained how the pieces would work in the room. Both Dylan and Jasmine, made my wife and I feel very comfortable with our new furniture purchase.
