I had a great experience from the time I walked inside the business and walked out! Every employee was very cordial and knowledgeable throughout the store. I purchased a HP Laptop that I had actually researched which one I wanted to buy but I didn't find it on the shelves nor did I ask about either. But the one I purchased was much cheaper and has almost the same component's the other one had. Thus far I am happy with my purchase. The store was very clean also!!

Like most places, Best Buy has to compete with online retailers and Best Buy, like many other brick-and-mortar businesses, fails miserably. They have over-inflated prices on virtually everything, which is to say, you can get virtually everything they offer for less by shopping online ... and in most cases that includes shipping costs. I've also found a large training gap in their personnel where different employees, both local and corporate, give different info when there's a problem with your order. I wrote a comprehensive letter to local store and corporate management and received nothing but a form letter. They do sometimes have really good deals on cellphones. If I were in the market for a new phone, I would absolutely check out Best Buy. Outside of cell phones I wouldn't shop there.

Today I give it 3 stars. Usually that are more than that. This morning I wanted to preorder a Samsung plus. But the guy that helped(first time I seen him there) me tried to boss me around. Didn't give me any options. We were in a who has "bigger one contest". Maybe it's because I am brown. I am a native American. I always got my phones from there. I always was given what I wanted. They always found a way. But today sucked. I like the best buy. I think I'll just avoid going in the morning on Sundays. Just Sunday mornings get a low rating.

I recently bought an SSD for my computer, and before installing the drive, I checked it. Labeled new, this product was very much used. There were scratches on the back to evidence of someone missing the SATA port multiple times. I checked the box for more evidence of use, and the original tape wasn't even removed before they added a circle shaped piece of tape. Would highly recommend you inspect anything over $100 when you get in the car.

Staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy. A fairly good selection of video games and electronics. But best buy if your reading this can we get a full size retail store?
