        I requested to order a server hosting plan over the phone to the receptionist, and I was put on hold for about 2 hours! But that was just the beginning. The hold time eventually expired and I never was called back. I even WENT to their building location. And they claimed that they didn't know I had called. But when they told me their server plans, I was outraged that they would even offer such a bloated price. In conclusion, I would consider the place worth JACK SQUAT! However, others may have had better experiences than me though I would DEFINITELY advise trying somewhere else.

Norma - I don't see a record for computer repair in August for anyone with your name.  We'd love to be able to fix this situation.  Just call us with your ticket number so we can get it straightened out.
