I went to Sears with the intention of purchasing a new mattress. Of course, on the way, I stopped to look at some other things. I was not too happy about being able to circle the entire upper level without seeing an entire employee. Once found, they were very friendly and helpful.
Once I got to the mattresses, I was assisted by Hali. She was a wealth of knowledge. She totally understood my needs and was able to give me, keep me focused and arrive to my own decision. She was in no way pushy, annoying or impatient. It was a relief to have her help me make the best decision for my needs.
She is a rare find, well worth making this anyone's choice for a new mattress purchase!

I shop here quite often and have no difficulties with customer service or prices. Yes they have worked on my car before and no they did not overcharge and we're very efficient in the time it took. Because I am quite capable of helping myself with finding what I need I see no sense giving a bad rating to this establishment. It's simply a fantastic place to find quality merchandise at a reasonable price

The day before I went in for major surgery I needed to get a car battery. I went to Sears by La Jolla. The lady service manager ran me up on the computer and found an old address for me in Victorville. I gave her my current address in La Jolla. Charged my battery and assumed they would bill me.  While recovering from surgery I forgot about the battery. Sears sent my bill to V'ville and it wasn't forwarded to me as I had moved 2 years ago. So eventually I am being billed by a collection agency.  And after contacting Sears,as you may imagine, Sears wouldn't do anything to help

Where are the people at Sears, parkway plaza?  All I get is a recording.  When asked for a department, it rang, rang, and rang finally got  a steady tone. - then called again, this time, selected 0, and the voice said, one moment while I transfer the call.  again, it rang, rang, and rang - finally got a busy signal. ----Bummer
