All around bad customer services, never solved the problem. Spoke to the manager and was called a liar never going back to sprint service get a better deal from an other carrier.

I came in late on Sunday afternoon with what I believed were major issues with my Samsung S6 Galaxy. Some were operator malfunction, and some the plethora of pre-installed apps received on replacement this year.

By the time I walked to my car to retrieve the list of apps I use, the first was resolved. Within three minutes, the second was completed and my phone was back in my hand, exactly as I had requested.

I was completely impressed with his proficiency and skill. Professional,  experienced, willing to answer all questions with a genuine smile and genuine patience.

You have a gem in Richard. My vote for Poster Boy for Sprint!

I transfer for a phone line from AT&T and I met Angel at sprint store the guy knows what he's talking about very helpful made the process very easy excellent service sprint lucky to have employee like that

Went in to Parkway Plaza El cajon to get myself a better phone and was walking by the Sprint kiosk and let me just say the sales associate Tyreese Mills did a very awesome job of helping me out by finding the perfect phone and plan for me. It was great customer service and he did what he could to help me to transfer my phone from another service. I will definitely refer people to them not only for the phones but for the hospitality.....

They frauded my account by opening 2 lines and charging phones and I live 13hrs away from this store.
