I have used this location for years. I have five phones on my account and always go here when it's upgrade time. Friendly service, competitive pricing, price matching and an awesome return policy. I recommend this Best Buy location for all your electronic needs!!!!

Standard Best Buy. Staff was busy and didn't press me much. On the medium plus size. Parking lot is small.

Miserable customer service, told to go find items for myself only to have to come back and wait in the same god damned lines to tell them products are not on shelf to then be told they have to check for them. Independence day weekend with one damn customer service rep behind counter, having to deal with multiple clueless people in the floor. Took me 1 hour to come in and exchange a fitbit.. and never got it. They had to order it. So.. I walked in w my fitbit and walked out without it or a new one as I pray the new one gets to me. I sincerely hope I never have to go back to this best buy again. Ever.

Don't go to this location, the workers don't know about today's economy too​ well. I mean at a time like this were online sales like Amazon are making a killing. I would never overlooked a minor situation by letting a customer go in and pick up order. This place discouraged people to leave before they even set foot inside. Security here think they're police while the people in yellow windbreaker are douchebags​. I wanted to buy a unlocked S8 and recently a $100 price drop was tempting. I figured I can stop by and pick it up. Only to be denied by the clown in uniform cause of a electric bike. Went home and order through Samsung also unlocked and will be here 3-4 days as I can wait.

Nice electronics and electrical outlet to shop, services are good with reasonable prices, return policy is good too.
