Good location. Convenience. Hope they can complete the model area construction faster. I think all IKEA stores need to improve the air circulation. The air made myself and my spouse felt sleepy and dizzy. Just want to get the shopping done fast and rush out. It used to be one of my favorite shopping places even for window shopping. I was more pleasant. But now, it is visit as needed store.

Great selection of products and all food available is moderately priced. IKEA is not as cheap as it used to be, but they still offer that same great assortment of products that everyone knows and loves. Try to go on a weekend at the end of the month in order to use the amount of your food bill as a discount on the furnishings you purchase. This place is pretty much your one stop shop for anything furniture.

This has to do with the refund /exchanges. I understand the wait I had with my exchange but what really got me was that after returning a broken item and just wanting to get a replacement I had to gooo Thur the process of going back to the cabinet department waiting for them to print out the item, waiting again in the check out line and wait again for them to pull the item this took over 2 1/2 hours. I think it would have been better if the return//exchange department would issue a pull tag and eliminate to trip to the kitchen dept and check out line all together. Well that's my experience.

Soft Serve Ice Cream and delicious but well priced European high quality chocolate bars! Yes, at a furniture store! This IKEA location is hugely popular as it is the only one in East Bay. It's very crowded on the weekends and almost a pain to shop and battle through the parking lot madness. If you can, try to shop here on weekdays instead.

This place was big, and offered a variety of furniture. All were very nice. The cafe/cafeteria served nice food, but not vegan options, though there were vegetarian options.
