How the heck are you going to claim your a business friendly store, when you only have one unit of an item? Radio Shack did that, and with less overhead. What an almost complete waste. One, one item in inventory. That is not a business friendly store. Super lame Best Buy, that's why you are struggling to attract business clients. That and your inflated business prices. That same drive would cost 75-80, if I were dumb enough to order it through your business portal. One extra star because I had more than one in supply. More than I can say for your location.

Poor customer service. After doing lots of research online i went to the store to purchase a laptop. Spent over 20 mins looking at the one I wanted and not once was I greeted or acknowledged, there was no customer service advisers in the computing section at all that i could even ask for assistance.

I was at best buys today and the sales person by the name of Brent was so helpful and friendly ,give that that young man some kind of reconition . thanks again Brent .

For the most part the employees are nice and friendly. Although a few seem to be that way just to get you spend money with them. Some lack the one on one connection sales reps should have. The mobile department does not seem to acknowledge you until you say you want to buy something.
