Good luck returning items still under warranty. I bought a camcorder there and paid for a year Best Buy warranty, I brought the camera in 3 times for geek squad to fix. It was still having the same issues. They refused to give me a store credit and said all they can do is check it in to geek squad again. They will do this until the camera is not under warranty anymore, then you're stuck with a broken camera.

Had a great experience with Brenden in Verizon. My fiancés phone wasn't working and Verizon gave him a problem but Brendan helped him get everything resolved. He was super professional and had a lot of patience.

Mediocre customer service combined with fewer choices of tech items to purchase makes this place not my favorite. Better to use micro center in Westbury. They're much better to you than this place is and cheaper too

I visited two Best Buy stores in two days and BOTH stores had the same problems at their speaker demo stations. A salesmen in each store said the same thing which was "This needs to be rewired. It never worked right from day one."  I politely asked "Don't customers buy speakers based on sound? Wouldn't it be nice to hear the speakers?" They said "You're right. Sorry." The prices in Best Buy are definitely high, especially for accessories like camera batteries, SD cards, etc..These are reasons why shoppers prefer to buy on-line.  The prices are lower plus you save gas, time and money.

Great experience in switching from T-Mobile to Verizon. The Service rep Brenden made the experience smooth and great. Very satisfied with having gone to Best Buy Levittown to handle my needs.
