I was surprised, but I had a great experience recently at Best Buy. I went to pick out a DSLR camera. Isaiah was the associate that helped me. I told hi I had done some research and prepared for a price match. At no point was he too pushy on my decision. Ultimate I picked out what suited me best and had the packaged price matched before check out.

The store which covers electronics on the whole to a great extent. The store where I wish to stay. "The Daily Deals" is yet another key seller which kills the rest.

This place is absolutely terrible. I applied for a a credit card and got approved and was waiting 3 weeks for it to come in the mail. Come to find out the kid that signed me up put the wrong address in. After I repeated it 4 times and had my drivers license in his hand. It was still the wrong address so now i have to wait and be inconvenienced because of a mess up on their end. I tried to call the store literally 7 times to ask about the situation and no one answers at all. I ended up calling the corporate office because apparently they're the only ones who pick up a phone in the company. AVOID this place at all costs. Your better off going to Wal-Mart.

The service I experienced at Best Buy was absolutely awesome. The sales associate was very kind, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I purchased a MacBook Air which is a great product as I am learning thus far. Great staff, Best Buy! Keep up the great work!

Soooo mad. I purchased a $200 backup camera for my car and was quoted $99.99 for installation. When i called to make the appointment to have it installed I was told it will cost me $230.... my husband called to double check bc that didn't make sense. They told him it would cost $160. Nobody knows what the hell they are talking about and will pretty much say anything to make a sale. Never again....
