The sales consultant Lauren was awesome. She made it fast and simple.  I told her I was in a hurry, and she got me out of there within 10 minutes. I was even comparing multiple models, and it was still fast. I highly recommend working with her!

I bought a cordless mouse and keyboard combination in December 2017 for a Christmas gift.  Mouse quit working in the first week of February.  Best Buy would not replace it or let me return it.  All they did was give me a 1-800 number for the manufacturer.  This was after being on hold for 15 minutes.  Not a good deal for me.

Came in to buy tv... I have a Best Buy charge card with over two thousand dollars available. I walked around over 15 minutes, even though there were 2 clerks in the area at the register talking about personal stuff, not business. No one ever asked me if they could help me. They managed to ask the other 4 people there, when the clerks stopped chatting, and even asked someone right next to me. But when the person  said no, the clerk just walked away. 
I said “. No one asked me” and so then the clerk turned and said “ Oh did you need some help with something?” I said “I did but not now”  It was like I was invisible So..,,
I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN! 
I am going to Sams Club to get a TV

This Best Buy is always good. Employees are helpful, but they will also leave you alone if you say that you don't want help. There is almost always someone close who works there if you have questions.

Several associates politely ask if I need help, but aren’t too pushy. The phone cases are usually a mess but everything else is tidy. I had to send in a request for a new phone today with the Geek Squad desk and they’re also very helpful and kind.
