Amazing experience! The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and never pushed for the higher name brand equipment. They truly cared more about how satisfied I would be with my purchase and not about how much I spent. Weather you know what you need or just know what you want it to sound like I recommend going here! They have my business from now on.

Best place that I have ever shopped! The service was five star at the very least. The staff solved all of my problems and upgraded my truck like I could never imagine. Thank you River Valley Electronics for doing business the way it should be done!!!

Although prices are great and the people are friendly when your buying from them!! I spent 1500 with them and the fuse didn’t blow it melted along with part of the cable which could have been bad and burnt my truck down and the guy says that’s what insurance is for!!  there was a new installer who said it was lose and was not properly done but the owner gave him a look and they both went to saying normal wear and tear and that’s not under warranty trying to sale me more parts but when I bought it everything was under warranty I think that is very shady seeing as how I called other shops they said fuses blow but being as how it melted and damn near burnt wire in half that that would be on them to replace very disgusted with these people
