I don't know what happened to Best Buy. Maybe it's just this one in particular that's awful. Over the last year I've had the following issues here (literally one every time I've gone in): 1. Was not allowed to buy my fiance a phone because I'm not the primary account holder for her family's plan? Never had this problem before. Associate just didn't want to deal with it I think. 2. Could not make a return of an item without a receipt for equal exchange. I know that this is a new policy, and it's ridiculous. 3. Representative spent 20 minutes looking in the back for a product that was in stock. Came back with the wrong product. Went back and finally found it. So at least I got to buy something that day! 4. Was told there would be a midnight release for a game at that store. Showed up at 11:50 - there were people inside but they all ignored me and another customer who was told the same thing. Finally one guy came to the door and said they're not doing a midnight release and to go home. Even though they could have clearly just sold us our games that moment, they instead chose to be unhelpful and annoyed. 5. Waited over an hour for help in the TVs. Employees saw me and acknowledged me yet helped every other customer that jumped in their face instead of me, the guy waiting patiently for help. Finally I just left. I guess this store just doesn't want to make money. That's fine. I've been an Elite member for years, and try my best to support the local economy, but I'm tired of trying so hard to provide them business. I suggest you don't waste your time either.

Very friendly and professional personnel. They ask me if I need any help and I said yes and told them what I was looking for. They showed me the products that I was interested in and the difference in them. I pick the one I wanted and it works great. It fit exactly where I wanted it. Thanks to all Best Buy Personnel.

I do not go in Best Buy very often but I believe that will all change now. I went in with my husband and daughter today the guy that helped us was named Eli he answered every question that we had. We plan on going back and purchasing items now after Eli explained some of the options we may want to consider. Thank you Eli

Went in to ask for help and got a negative and argumentative employee to attempt to assist me so I asked for their superior, I was then helped by the department manager and was able to see what options I had. Very negative experience overall and wont be back

The staff wasn't very helpful when I was looking for a universal charger for my stepfather, I was pretty much left on my own to find it after asking 3 different employee's for help. But I did find it, and the store had nice displays.
