Top Notch. They stand behind their products. No return problem. I do suggest getting " Geek " insurance on all high end electronics. Had a problem with my 55" , couldn't resolve over phone, they came to me , fixed it, all good. Very knowledgeable stall, and customer oriented.

I think that when it comes to "big box stores" your experience is all up to the employees. I'm usually a pretty picky customer when it comes to customer service. My experience was with a very nice young man Logan in the headphone department. I was very indecisive and he was very patient and knowledgeable. Thank you for patients and getting me the right product.

I always have a great experience at this store. The general manager is very involved and it shows in the employees. The store is very well stocked and is one of the few retail locations left they have the parts I need, when I need them.

I am very impressed with the Geeks. They are so helpful and are always able to solve my computer problems. It is a nice store with very nice customer services.

I have been going to this Best Buy for 8+ years. I have made all my big purchases at this store. They are always courteous and kind on every visit. They will have my business for as long as I am in the market for any product that they also sell. And they sell pretty much everything. Since they also price match, it makes no sense to shop any where else because I go home with the product the same day. But the biggest thing is that they are all friendly, all the time and I have never had any issues shopping with them. I could list the times they went out of their way to rectify any issue with my purchase (which was no fault of their own but only the manufacturer to blame, think the cancellation of the PS4 Arkham Knight Batmobile Edition) and they still took it upon themselves to make it right. Wow!
