Let me tell you! I was so enraged with AT&T by the time I had gotten to the store I was ready to leave and go to T-Mobile, but the workers in this store are absolutely AMAZING! I couldn't believe how awesome they were! So helpful in helping me figure out what was wrong and they did everything in such a timely manner that made the whole experience worth it! SERIOUSLY AT&T needs to take training advice from this group in this store. I will not go to another store for anything! I will only go back here! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!

Great job in the store the staff is very quick to help you and they just put in a new kiosk that's super fast and very easy to use

Avoid this store at all costs. Garbage they'll have you spend all kinds of money then have you put a product on your device that'll damage it and say o ya we can't do anything. Take responsibility for what you've done .

Horrible!! Never asked for help needed to go to them. Employees were standing around talking and never looked at my phone but when she asked what was the problem she told me to call my insurance company but obviously the problem with my phone was a default went to AT&T on Barrington rd and a Schaumburg rd and they helped me and replaced my phone with out a problem!
