If I could give minus 5 stars, I would! Sprint has TERRIBLE SERVICE and AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manager at this store, Justice,  promised they’d give me a $200 visa gift card since I was porting in 4 lines, but it’s been 6 months, I’ve called customer service many times and I’ve been to the store a million times and never received it! Also when I ported in my lines he promised that in 3 months Sprint would be implementing the “talk on the phone and surf the web” feature which I need to use A LOT but of course it never happened, he knew that I would’ve canceled within the 15 day cancelation period but said that just to keep my lines and prevent me from canceling.

Sprint Customer Care directed me to the stratford "corporate store," which was not corporate by any means. Not the store's fault. However, after explaining my ongoing situation (5 months dealing with a fraudulent charge for a free upgrade...literally), they were not able to help, nor stay to talk to a manager at customer care, whom I waited on hold for over 20 minutes to speak to. This was an emergency, my service was turned off due to the situation, and without a working cell phone this put a shelter dog's life in jeopardy. They couldn't have cared less. The guy's response was "I feel you, I've worked 13 hours today." Ok Mr. Sprint, try "I've been up 36 hours trying to save a shelter dog's life, which you are directly putting at risk right now by wasting even more of my time explaining your version of a 'bad day,' which is getting paid overtime at a job in a warm mall. Get real. I wouldn't recommend this place for the simple facts stated above. Animal lovers should consider staying out of Stratford Square Mall Entirely, considering they already house Furry Babies Inc.

Went to this location to see what was wrong with my phone since it would not stay charged. Extremely long line and only 2 people working. Finally I was being helped but they said it would take a while to see the phone, so I dropped it off. The girl who helped me looked extremely unhappy to be doing so. I asked about my insurance which I had been paying for over the past 2 years and she told me I didn't have it. I started to panic and she "corrected" herself by saying I did have it, just doesn't cover everything. I asked questions told them what was going on with the phone and if I could upgrade it if it was the battery. I was told that wouldn't be a problem. I left since I had to go back to work in a pretty good mood. I called an hour later to see if they had any luck with it and they didn't. I spoke to a Steve who said I could still upgrade it when I come in and there wouldn't be a problem. Go in to upgrade and now I'm being told I can't. They give me someone's information and say go get it fixed then I could upgrade. WHAT?! Why was this told to me when I called? This store is a repair center and they can't repair it? Beyond upset I asked why I was told it wouldn't be a problem. No answer. Why wasn't i told about this guy over the phone? No answer. Left upset and embarrassed. No one would answer my questions or treat me like a paying customer. Just told me to get it fixed and upgrade or pay 150 for a whole new phone. By far the worst customer service I have ever received. Someone needs to work on their communication skills even there people skills. If you go here make sure you know you will probably be lied to about something

Each time I come in to this location the staff (Adrianna and Mike) are always very welcoming...especially Adrianna and her bubbly personality. They haven't let me down yet. They're customer service is great. I usually get help from Adrianna who always ensure I'm getting the best service from Sprint for the money I'm spending. Today Chelsea, my first time being helped by her, gave exceptional service as well. The Stratford Mall location is my go-to location...always.
