Awesome service. Edlin and Mariya were both very helpful and courteous. So patient and calm too. Customer service couldnt solve my problem even after calling them twice but Edlin made sure my problem was resolved no matter what. She spent a noteable amount of time and was determined to resolve my problem. Truly the best location in the neighborhood with the best service. Thats why i always love to do business at Only this location.

Very friendly, very patient, awesome staff and service and for this the credit goes to the female manager - Edlin is very very helpful at all times.

sales support is very rude and nasty professional behavior. One sale rep was very rude to answer questions and provide information on plans.

Great service and knowledagable staff. I have had some issues here but not because of the staff but the systems they use. Everytime they have gone above and beyond to help resolve the issue. Surprisingly when I come in for T-Mobile Tuesday free stuff they remember me from months ago and ask how everything is in regards to my previous issues. Well done T-Mobile.
