I bought several thousand dollars worth of floor and paid for 77 boxes. They only had 55 So they had me pay for 77. To be picked up a week later. The whole reason I bought floor in stock was because I needed it that day. I went to another to to buy the remaining 22 boxes and the store in Waco offered me a 15 percent discount. I had to drive all the way back to to waxihatchie and return several boxes of broken flooring and ask why They don't offer a discount for a bulk purchase like Waco Lowe's does. He just said we don't. My advice is if you're buying anything over 1200.00 go to The store in Waco. 15 percent is worth the drive.

All of the employees were really quick to help me find what I needed. As always the store is clean and organized. I highly recommend this Lowe's store.

Lowes is getting so much better in putting the right experience associates in the right departments.  That makes a world of difference.  How can u sell hardware when u don't know the tools or the accessories or parts!

I walk in the chainsaw area. I walk around. Im looking for a 14" poulan cain. The available chains are in a package with printing so small Gulliver couldn't read it. I just came from Home Depot were that russian girl employ came and helped me real fast. Well this is my friends saw and he bought it at Lows. On the way out the Lows door i see three employees talking and i thought... there not talken to me so I'll go back to the Dpot. You should too.

I asked 4 associates for help. Same answer 
everytime. Oh I don't work in that area, I can't help you. I ask can you call some one who can...answer everytime oh I don't know who it would be, and they walk away. So home depot here I come.
