Took my computer in to fix a problem, I had to call them to see if it was ready. They said problem was resolved. Took it home and same problem, UNFIXED. Took it back and they said no refund because they did some fancy virus solving that i didn't ask for. They wont call you to let you know there doing other stuff to your computer. Took my money anyway. Never again.

These guys are great. I would definitely trust them to do any computer related work. Their response time and customer service was great.

My harman Karon studio onyx Bluetooth speaker took a nose dive off my dresser and I thought I was doomed. Nope, these guys not only fixed it but they tripled the battery life. How awesome is that? It's been home almost 2 weeks and only been on the charger 1 time. Need something fixed? These are the guys you take it to, obviously they are amazing at what thank do! Not to mention it was cheaper than buying a new speaker and it got upgrades. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you!

I wouldnt even give this crappy computer store half a star. I bought a bottom of the line $150 laptop. In 25 days it just shuts off on me. I try to reboot and the system tells me unmountable boot volume. Well we all know that windows 10 is still a little buggy. the os just needed to be reinstalled. regardless of policy youd think theyd be willing to fix such a simple issue that was no ones fault really. well they called me tell me that theyd not even looked at the laptop but theyd charge me $85 to fix it. Oh but well wave any fees for parts. to 65% of the price id payed for the damn thing just 25 days prior just to reinstall windows which is a very uninvolved 30 minutes to fix. so i politley tell the guy no that id pick my system up on friday. after thinking about it i left Aransas pass where i was helping the clean up effort from hurricane harvey so i could avoid any fees incured by my system sitting on a shelf for 2 days. so i go in and request my laptop and the owner instead of saying something nice like sorry we couldnt assist you says very rudely "Its wednesday not friday SIR" so i leave and review the business on facebook. and the owner got on and argued with me for several hours and was very nasty about my review.I wouldnt try getting your electronics repaired here your more than likely way overpaying for mediocre work. As far as new and used systems your better of buying it from walmart or a pawnshop. At least they have a warranty that lasts longer than a week and theyre managers are nicer im sure.

First review I've ever written. Dr. Nerd is the absolute worst service I've ever had with ANY company in my life. I asked them to clean up my Mac and paid for a rush job. They guaranteed that it would be ready by the next morning. Four days later, I received my computer. All of my passwords had been erased, as well as some of my programs. I took it back and told them the issue. They then restored it to its original condition, told me that nothing could be done and even said that the computer was in the same exact state it was in when I dropped it off. They erased a lot of files (invaluable pictures of my family and vacations). When I called to try to locate these files, I was given horrible attitude and told me that I erased them myself. They used to have nothing but horrible reviews like this one on Google, but it looks like they just got a bunch of their friends to replace them with good reviews. Worst business EVER.
