Whent to buy a laptop cause mine was dieing. Stood around for 30 min. And still got no help. So I left.  The guy standing up around the front door ask did I find everything and I told him about my experience and he said sorry have a nice day, then why the hell ask me. I think best buy has gotten to big and forgot who made them.  I know I was not the only one that could not get help.  Very disappointed.

Wasted an hour of my work day to accept delivery of a refrigerator. The driver was left instructions to call cell number and they call the home number and of course no one answers.  Cell number is right on the email confirmation in black and white yet the Geek Squad appliance delivery folks claim the only number they have is the home number.  So, now we missed the delivery window and they say it is our fault.  Now I have to go another day without a refrigerator because THEY MESSED UP!  No bueno Best Buy!  I think someone needs to apologize!

I have called several times and been on hold forever each time. No one ever comes to the phone. I had to make a personal trip into town after trying to reach them by phone over several days, just to have a simple question answered. So frustrating!   Edited 08/01/2017 I'm happy to say after a few conversations with management, Best Buy was able to resolve  my technical issue by replacing a defective product.

I went for help about an issue on my laptop and Josh was great. If you need help at the Waco Best Buy Geek Squad, ask for Josh.

good or at least we thought so, the Geek squad adjustmets to a desk to a notebook and desk  top.  Both seemed to work fine, but the desk showed tge exact same prIblem
