Staff is generally helpful without being aggressive. The store is clean and has a consistent layout. Prices are clearly marked. Product selection could use some juicing, but the connected home section was very well stocked with diverse options. I'd recommend shopping here first if you can't wait for Amazon. Oh, and they price match with Amazon too.

very  helpful without being annoying.  Employees are knowledgeable and eager to help.   Past issues with Mobility department also seem to be a thing of the past as my recent visit was easy and had no problems at all.

I have found the employees at this store to be friendly and helpful. They worked hard to find just what I was needing to purchase. Service was prompt. I am very pleased with the quality of the items purchased.

Thought it was easy to find what I was looking for and got good help in finding item on website that wasn't in the store. Each time I have been in, staff was helpful and quick. If they didn't have the item, they would show you where to look on the website.

I purchased a Moto G5 plus in April of last year. November I dropped it shattered the screen took it in they said oh no issues just go to the mobile department and swap it out for a new one and I got a $5.40 gift card bc the phone was on sale vs when I originally purchased it. Well yesterday I dropped it and cracked the corner of the bottom of the screen they going to tell me I have to pay a $75-80 deductable and get a used POS that someone broke and returned and they "fixed" when I paid over $300 for the original phone and insurance. I said nope I don't think so. I then asked for my insurance to be cancelled and get a refund they then said all we can do is give you $70.47 when I paid $80.99 after taxes for the insurance and it'd be store credit like TF excuse me I already got a $5.40 gift card I'm not gonna use and you're telling me I can't get my full amount I paid on the insurance back and if I did get anything back it'd be store credit NO. This place is BS and scam all too funny in November 9 2017 I walked in they seen the phone and I was allowed too swap it out in store at NO coast and got a gift card as well but this time they try to pull this. NEVER WILL I AGAIN PUT INSURANCE ON ANYTHING NOR STEP FOOT IN BEST BUY.
