Spent a lot of $$$ in this great store over the past several years.  Remodeled kitchen with all new appliances.  Bought both large screen TVs and small.  Always a good selection.  On my last Feb 2017 visit I needed a TV stand.  Competitors did not have much of a selection but found exactly what I needed with HHGREGG who did have much broader choices. Did notice inventory changed with emphasis on furniture and appliances.

If I could give this business a no stars I surely would. They do not know how to treat customers after 6 flatscreens were purchased in the past plus a washer and dryer plus many other items we got treated like trash from the store manager and DON. I feel I was treated unfairly because of my disability by both the manager and Don. Then the manager tried to compare my disability with oen of his employees at the store which was actually DON and said that Don had something similar done. I feel for a manager and your comparing me to your employee who obviously isnt affected by his brain tumor like I am and my vision and many other problems including chemo pills I dont think Don is going through all this. Very snobby people.

We moved here over the summer. They had an ad running, if you bought a washer and dryer you get a free TV and rebate. Not only did we not receive our TV, we also didn't get our rebate bc we were the last customers of the night and they put that we took the TV with us, when in fact we did not b c they said it had to be delivered with the washer and dryer. On top of everything, the general manager was the one who checked us out. We called immediately to notify that the TV was not delivered, spoke with them several times (when we called them. They would never call us back)  finally they checked the security footage to see that we didn't walk out with our TV and still they would not give it to us. We have made over 30 phone calls and left messages, and never once has any one called us back. It's been about 8 months now. We've spent well over 15k with them over the past 8 years, but will never spend another dime there. Worst customer service ever. Keep the rebate and TV. I'll make sure to tell everyone not to shop there.
