I first purchased material from Cable & Connections based on another employees recommendation. I was surprised when I went in and received technical help with extraordinary customer service. The gentleman who helped me was Bill. I do not have a technical background and did not know what type of cable we needed based on our company's usage specifications. Bill is very knowledgeable and did not talk down to me like some I.T. places will to others who are not in the industry. Instead, he thanked me for coming in and then asked me questions regarding our usage plan and sold me the correct cable, the first time. I am sure his assistance saved our company future time, money and headache. In a world where you can get anything from anywhere .. in store or online, it is this EXCELLENT SERVICE and KNOWLEDGE that sets Cable & Connection apart from their competition thereby creating loyal customers. For this reason, if our Company, friends, or family members need ANYTHING I.T. related... from cable, security cameras or systems, cords, wall mounted things that hide cords (I told you I am not technical) we ALL go to Cable & Connections. Thank you Cable & Connections for creating a customer oriented environment for IT Gurus and Non-IT Gurus alike and having great people to help, especially when you are the latter of the two! Great source for any low-voltage parts and cabling, such as video, CAT 5-6, telephone, etc. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

This store is getting much better! They're about to increase inventory in stock and moved over a good manager. If you have diverse or specialized needs, I'd recommend the West Columbia location (it's larger and stocks more) but this one is good if you're in the area.
