They were on point the guy who helped me with my iPad knew the answers to everything I asked him he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with what I was there to get and didn't treat me or his job like he didn't care.. He even answered my questions I had about a desktop that I was looking at with my son. And he moved me in the direction I wanted to go in without being rude or pushy.. I only wish I remembered his name so I can let your district mangers know what a upstanding worker he is... Ill go back for all my electronics as long as he's there...

Salesman came over and didn't bat an eye.  He knew the products and was very helpful.  You won't find that service at any other store in my area!

Purchase samsung galaxy s8+. The girl and the other woman, we're all they wanted to do was make a sale.  All they wanted was money.  Walk out with the phone to my vehicle which I park in front because I got a hanhicap sticker from the VA.  Now how to work this phone none of my apps were transferred.  Went back was very very disappointed with the answer.  You didn't it time too download. Didn't care all she wanted to do was leave.  Ask about texting, well the response was easy.  Then this  young kid who said I'm the Manger and you are not getting you $35 back (BECAUSE I SAID SO).  I told that I will get it back.  He said you won't my the manger.  Then transferred all back to my old phone.  Then he put a new sim card and kept the old.  He said the old sim card wouldn't work.  He kept my old sim card. Now why would he keep my old card.  Because when I got home went to lookup something on Google, there was a hole bunch of garbage on it.  DON'T TRUST THEM.   Going to try to get I touch with  best buy management.  Will let you know the outcome.
