Pretty excellent source of your usual BestBuy products. Great employees who know what they're talking about and if they don't, they get someone who does. Helpful services and a great place all together. Haven't had a single bad experience due to them. The greeter seems to always be in a glum mood, but seeing a greeter who's actually happy to greet people is normally a rarity in itself. Other than that this place is spectacular. Keep it up.

If I could give this place a zero star I absolutely would.  This place is getting lower and lower in the customer service section and stock.  When you walk into a store that has what we call door greeters, you would expect a greeting like welcome to Best Buy or maybe ever a simple hello or hi. Not in this location!  There were 3 Associates standing by the main entrance not a single one greeted me, as I continued to roam about the store looking for a product I needed.  6 employees walked by without asking if I needed help or advice.  Once I grew tired of the wait I asked someone standing in the aisle across from me for help I was meet with the age old I'm helping someone attitude.  So the was the last straw I just left and bought it on amazon with free 2 day shipping.

They always treat me like family when I walk in. They know me by name and welcome me with a warm smile every time. Bill Pickle is a fantastic employee there.
