They have always had friendly staff. Deals are decent but I feel they do what it takes and sometimes more to Jeep my business. Good place to shop retail.

Picking up my online order was fast and easy. The 2 star review is for being watched by employees my whole visit. When I went to a new isle, the same 2 workers were at the ends of the same isle. To see if this was the case, I went to different isles across the store... Same 2 workers.

Store personnel didn't offer to help us. Chitchatting with each other and ignoring customers. Decided to purchase from Amazon. Sorry, but true. Always liked Best Buy.

I had a computer tune up which was completed in house at the Traverse City store. It worked great and I was very happy to have a maintenance agreement with Geek Squad. However, there was a small issue that I could not figure out involving photo transfer. I walked to the Geek Squad desk at 6 pm on a Sunday. The agent, BRUCE, told me to go home, get the computer, and bring it right back. Within 15 minutes he had found the problem, fixed it and made sure I was happy. I am very grateful that he dropped what he was doing and I went home happy.

I've been going to this Best Buy for the last four years, and have had nothing but great service and a good selection. They pick good knowledgeable employees, and have the best managers. I had a damaged product once (just walked out of the store with it and broke it in a total accident) and the manager worked with me on a replacement. Just killer service, bravo TC!
