They need to fix their phone problem. All internet searches lead to the local store. When you call, you go through the prompts, but no one will ever answer - no one is there! All phones should be forwarded to National Call Center, where they do business; same with the Geek Squad, Ahem. Follow up care is designed around chat. All that said about the phones, I bought a laptop at a great price. And, just outside the return window they shipped a new laptop as I was having difficulty with the one first purchased. They were extraordinarily accommodating and helpful. I want them to fix the phones, so they stick around as a viable option; they do a great job.

Automotive installation tech Eric is a stand up guy. Really knows his stuff and does quality work. Helped me select a remote starter that was in my budget and exactly what I wanted. Also...I have always had my car electronics done at ABC warehouse because of price competition. Best Buy / Eric beat ABC's price and actually got me a better quality product. Very impressed and will return to Eric and Best Buy in the future for any other Auto after stock electronic needs.

Used to get fairly good service here. As of late it's like I employees can't even get a "hello how are you?" from anybody that isn't in loss prevention. Not to say that LP harrasses me or anything but literally the only people/person who say anything throughout my visits every time is him/her/them. 90% of the time I have further questions about a product or a problem that I'm having I find myself googling the details while standing in the store. Usually I'm extremely patient about these things because I understand how busy it can get but I had probably half to a dozen employees just walk past me, and I just so happened to be sick with a sore throat so I didn't really feel like trying to hound someone down. I think I walked around looking for an item for like 10min and spent another 10 waiting for assistance. At which point I just decided to leave. You guys have got to do better.

The only good experience I had at this store was from the greeter when I walked in. He led me towards the right department which was Home & Theatre. However, once I got to that department my experience went downhill from there. I stood for about 15-20min before finally being fed up with not being greeted or helped. An employee did the whole "avoid eye contact" and walked right past me as I began to ask him for help. No one ever said "we'll be right with you" or anything. I felt invisible. When I asked for the manager, I was surprised and disappointed to find out that it was the same man that avoided eye contact and walked right past me. His name is Nick. Hopefully you have a better experience than I did.

Most of the time this place is a one-stop-shop. However, on days that they are not busy the service is lacking due to the management scheduling more knowledgeable employees on busier days. While I do understand this set up it's still aggravating that I can't get a constant quality level of customer service.
