When a Windows update stopped my computer from functioning correctly I took it to the Geek Squad, while they were unable to remedy the situation in one visit, they were patient with my lack of knowledge, they went out of their way to make it so I didn't have to pay for their help, they explained things to me in terms that made sense to me, and ultimately my computer is functioning again and I have been educated on how to help myself better in the future.  I really like everyone that works at the Traverse City- Geek Squad!  It can't be easy to deal with non-stop frustrated people, but they do very well.  
Best Buy should reward them, offer to pay for them to attend classes or workshops about dealing with difficult people, it would make their lives easier.
