Awesome iPhone repair shop! I got the tip from staff at The Cherry Tree Inn & Suites. We drove down to the shop 1-2 hours before closing. I told the repair guy (forgot his name) what I thought was my problem: bad battery and the screen was lifting up. He told us to come back in 30 minutes and it'd be fixed. We went back 45 minutes later, and he was done! He showed us the bad battery & all of that was only $69! I was thrilled! Now my phone is good for another long while. I'd definitely recommend them for quick and reasonable repairs for iPhones.

I dropped of my iPod classic as the right channel on the audio jack gave out and Tatiana provided excellent customer service as she did a great job of confirming the audio out of the 40 pin connector was providing audio and then did a quick PM of the audio jack and also confirmed that when "wedged" there was temporary audio. The price quoted was fair and they completed the work required in the same day and the service exceeded my expectations. Eric has a great operation.

Very helpful staff. Twice helped me get my iPhone ready to use with my classroom by cleaning out lint build up in the charging port and headphone jack saving me costly repairs.

Had an issue with a iPhone 6 Plus & they were great to work with! Made suggestions & said right up front that if the part replacements didn't work, they would remove them & just charge a bench fee. They were right on the money & I was back on the road with a perfectly functional phone in no time at all & it was cheaper than what my deductible would have been with the phone insurance plan that I have in place. Definitely would highly recommend them for service & repairs!

We were in Traverse City for the day and my son's friend dropped her phone and broke her screen. Tatiana was great and really helped us out. Thank you for a great experience!!
