It was time to buy a new computer. I shopped online. There’s so many places to go, Newegg, Amazon, directly to the manufacturer. I wanted good customer service. I went into the store and experienced outstanding customer service. Felt good to confirm that I was purchasing the right set up for my needs. Went back to buy a back up drive, again, had the pleasure of interacting with quality, knowledgeable, personable people. I tip my hat to management! You’re hiring the right people!

Each time I've visited it's been empty enough to have access to any team member I'd like to talk to. They are also quite helpful and friendly. Smallest Best Buy I have ever seen! (Only once had some one unfriendly when I was returning an item, felt I was bothering him, but he got the job done.)

Best place to shop at in marquette country for electronics and video games and etc. The employees there are incredibly friendly and helpful

They actually had one LOL Surprise Series 1 doll. My daughter was so happy to finally get a Series 1 Doll. Staff were friendly and very plentiful.
