No sales people to help me pick out a computer. When I asked, they said they were to understaffed to help me. So I went and asked one of the phone sales people and he did a good job helping me the best he could. They definitely need to have more computer sales people on staff, I would of bought one today.

Everyone is so helpful here. Great place to buy new games with the club offers. One of the few places you can still go to and buy PC parts like the power supply. Always a fun place to shop!

Used to be they didn't answer the phone. Now a voice answers it but no one picks up. Incredible that any business can be so complacent. I wouldn't buy from this place if they paid me to take the item. Apparently being an "Elite member" for using their credit card means nothing! Ridiculous. Incredibly you get better service at Wal-Mart. Better price too!

the staff work to investigate all options to solve the Google home interconnection with the Sony smart TV and and found the glitch to may the TV and google home work through voice command for my mother with MS  She loves it and we are very pleased with the effort Best Buy did to contact Sony and complete this to the joy of all our family   Thanks for a job well done!!

Stevie was very helpful, went out of his way out educate me laptops and tablets. 
Looking at laptops a manager would not move for me to be able to look at one. He told me no that he would not move down.
