What a joke... Went to purchase a new dryer, needed propane and bottom vent, no problem I was told, dryer will be here Tuesday, orifice Thursday. Went to pick up Friday, no orifice, will probably be 2 weeks, REALLY!!! Family of four, 2 weeks no dryer? Get dryer home and not set up for bottom vent, why am I surprised? Should have left sitting on store show room floor and walked out.
Is this the first bottom venting propane dryer hhgreg has ever sold? Very inexperienced staff, only worried about the sale at hand.

GOD AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! PLEASE SEE MY POST ON THE HH GREGG FACEBOOK PAGE SO I DONT HAVE TO REPEAT IT HERE.I WILL NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.NOT ONLY DID I HAVE TO DEAL WITH AN UNBELIEVABLE DELIVERY EXPERIENCE,BUT I WAS EXPECTED TO CLEAN UP THEIR MESS.WHY CANT ONE PERSON DEAL WITH YOUR MESSES RATHER THAN TELLING ME TO CALL THIS ONE OR THAT ONE-TALK ABOUT PASSING THE BUCK!!YOU SURE WERE ATTENTIVE TO ME IN YOUR SHOWROOM WHEN I WAS ABOUT TO SPEND IN EXCESS OF $1000-I WAS REAL POPULAR THEN!!!CRAP HAPPENED AND SUDDENLY ALL YOUR ATTENTION DISSAPEARED-YOU'LL HAVE TO DO THIS-YOU'LL HAVE TO DO THAT-IWISH IN YOUR RATINGS OF 1-5 I COULD GIVE YOUR ENTIRE COMPANY A -10.YOU ALL OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED OF TAKING PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY AND RUNNING FOR THE HILLS WHEN PROBLEMS ARRISE-SHAME ON YOU!!!

I walked in just to look around, have been in the market for a new flat screen. The manager handed me a coupon that was good for anything in the store. Because of that gesture, the TV I had wanted was priced about $50 lower (including tax) than any vendor on the Internet. I decided to make the purchase on the spot. Since the Erie store didn't have one in stock they arranged for me to pick up the set at a store that's only about 3 miles from my home. Great transaction.

i would rate this place a 0 if i could this is by far worse then walmart and best buy combined so what if this place has decent prices id rather pay the extra dollar somewhere else the MANAGERS sit on their phones and dont do anything NO MILLITARY DISCOUNTS OR SENIOR CITIZENS !!! THEY MADE MY GRANDMA CRY IT WAS A MANAGER!! I THINK HER NAME WAS KATIE! NOTHING BUT RUDE TREATMENT OF BOTH CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES
