Best Buy Sales Associate Review My experience purchasing a television this month at Best Buy was the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. Sales Associate and Samsung Expert Kelly Curry from the South Philadelphia location assisted me in ways that I never expected. This is my first time writing a review but it was important to share how knowledgeable Mr. Curry was when it comes to investing in a good television. I never felt like he was pushing me to buy just any television, he was very patient and answered all my questions in detail. Because of his professionalism and expertise I was able to seal the deal. I purchased a great television and left pretty happy with my decision. I highly recommend Best Buy in South Philadelphia for anyone looking to purchase a good television, be sure to ask for Kelly Curry. June S

Your basic Best Buy. Well staffed with helpful people. Whenever I've shopped here I've appreciated that I've never felt rushed. Doesn't matter if I'm looking for a 50.00 item or one that costs a few thousands they take the time to be sure you've picked out what will work best for you. You can shop with confidence at this Best Buy.

Walked into this Best Buy store with a friend of mine and we were in created by a single front by a single person in the entire store. Not one person asked us if we needed help not one person offered to do anything to help make our shopping experience any better. While I found what I needed it was disappointed to see that there was absolutely no service in the store. I'm personally a big fan of Best Buy but I'm more of a fan because of the staff normally is there to help you through any questions that you have. Unfortunately this store had no one to help.

Very knowledgeable staff. Geek squad is the best. This place is ALWAYS busy but the staff always have time to help you with whatever it is you need. The checkout lanes are always moving so the wait is never bad.

Went to buy a lap top and the associate was helpful but did not complete the sale. Just left me standing at the display and didn't return to retrieve the product for me or give me more info about the product or anything else. Won't shop at this Best Buy again😠!
