I love this place!!!! If your a techie person, this is the place to stop. I don't get to go that often but I would drive out of the way to swing by because they have everything you need and most things are really good prices. I know you can buy most of it on Amazon but they do beat amazon on a lot of things and you get to see it in person. The sales staff are also friendly and helpful.

Micro Center is a competitively priced, well stocked store for all manner of tech hobbyists. I have rarely gone into the this Micro Center or other locations and not found what I am looking for (I've been going for about 25 years). The staff are knowledgeable and happy to help.
I have gone for both business and personal needs at this location, and they have had the computer or computer parts (Mac books, water cooling parts, brass spacers) I've needed in order to complete the job I am working on.

The last of it's kind.  I'm more of a in my hands  immediate  satisfaction kind of guy.  Micro Center is the only place to my knowledge that has these products in stock.  If you talk to the employees your bound to find someone with the know-how to complete whatever nerd project your on.  Love it.

First time dealing with this company and was disappointed. Placed an order yesterday for what was an open box refurbished laptop, order goes through for reservation and I get a confirmation email and then email saying it's ready for pickup. I live an hour away and was planning on picking it up that day but am glad I didn't make the trip. I get an email at 545pm that night claiming they're having an issue locating the laptop on their end but that if still wanted it they could put it on hold? Not sure what that means or how it makes sense. I then get an email this morning that they cancelled my order.  I call today and am told they now don't have the laptop I reserved but have one left that isn't open box. It's odd that yesterday they only had one showing online and that was the open box for the discounted price I had reserved and no others available. Selection seems good and prices are decent but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Excellent customer service. I had the pleasure of having David assist me. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I was able to get the parts I needed (and wanted) to start my computer build this weekend. I had never heard about Microcenter before and I'm so glad I've come across it. It will definitely be a go to place for me!
