The salesman saved me time and money by recommending The Arlo Camera's! My house was recently Broken into, and I feel so Safe now, knowing I'm notified if there's movement in my front or back door. Plus, you can even talk to delivery people. No one will know whether you are at home or not! I Love it! Thanks Best Buy!

My favorite store for electronics. I usually get my tech gear from here, and the geek squad are very helpful. I've gone through them to help fix, and/or replace my equipment. They work quick, and are very efficient. Love this place.

I went there sat to buy a serious went to purchase it then I was told you need this you need that or it won't work was totally talked down to put it in was working great then read up about maestro and what it adds to the stereo thought cool go back to store to by it almost get into a scream match with the service tech saying I need a dealer license to buy maestro or even to program it so u asked him are you refusing to sell it to me at this point I am ready to walk out of this store and just order it online e he say something no then slams it on the counter this story is much longer but this Is The just. Needless to say you do not need a dealer license to install a car stereo just do your home work before you buy...The tech is the bald guy who was working sun Jan 28 2018 if this is the best of they're geek squad I am terribly unimpressed and I can tell you one thing next time I will probably order onine I have done a lot of business there but I do not think I will anymore

Everyone was nice and knowledgeable. Very helpful. Stopped going to Best Buy a couple years ago due to poor customer service but now will definitely be back.
