Great customer service on the networking isle, was able to speak to a representative very knowledgeable on the topic and recommended exactly what I would need. Clean store, lots of available staff, tho most staff do not approach customers to help, with the exception of my experience in the networking isle. Difficult to find items by category but staff knew their way around pretty well.

I love Best Buy. No store beats their prices and financing options. My husband and I always visit this location. Their sales associate, Orlando, is the best. We always go to him for questions and recommendations. He excels in knowledge and is honest about the products.

If i can give a 0 star i would i had a appointment from 12:20 to 1:20 i was standing in line for over 30 min for a Geek Squad rep to ask if i ad a appointment once i got check in i waited 30 for min and still no call worst service ever do not recommend to go to this best buy with appointment or not. there service sucks badly.

Everything went well until we decide to pay. Only 1 cashier was available. A huge line of customers was waiting. I asked for the store manager but nobody showed up. About 20 minutes after they brought more people. That is why people prefer Amazon or Ebay.

Only used Geek Squad at this locale. Can not thank them enough for the quick, amazing and very valuable service they provided me. Not that they can save everyone, but they saved my ass big time. Just about walked out crying. Thank you!
