I love Barnes and Noble. They're stores are so fun to look at books and buying some really interesting ones. Also the organization is fantastic. Would've rated 6 stars if I could.

Placed order May 31st. Standard mail delivery. Item was shipped a few days after and is estimated June 20th arrival....21 days to ship a book? This is not 1987. B&N needs to handle their 3rd party shipping speeds better than this. I assume some day ill actually get the book. I WONT be ordering from B&N in the future. UPDATE: Changed from 1 star to 3 as the book did arrive after 13 days instead of 21.

If you were to pick a Barnes and Noble to go to, I would have to highly recommend this one. It has a second floor filled with music goodies such as CDs, Vinyl, DVDs, Boxsets and so on. Very friendly service. Always organized. Helpful staff, and you are most likely going to find the book/CD or DVD you are looking for here.☺🖒💯

Don't let any cashier refuse you a discount that's clearly stickered on a book! It happened to me during October of 2013, when a cashier refused to honor a 30% discount sticker on a book. It took a call to the store manager who approved it by phone (instead of in person). I bought the book at the discount price and then filed a complaint with their corporate office by phone. Thankfully no further issues have occurred since then.

Love coming here, so big and roomy and I love their music/movie department upstairs! Great place for a snack and coffee too!
