This is a great store and it was nice that they built a new Starbucks inside, but there are two things I don't like about this store:
Lines are ridiculously long and they need to open more cash registers. This store does get busy enough where there needs to be more lines to dilute the crowd.
The Starbucks service staff are a bit ghetto and they work way too slow and it takes too long to make your drink.

I was looking for a dvd that was of 'limited availability.' As it turned out, there was just one copy and it was in one of two stock rooms. After about ten minutes I was about to give up hope but the sales associate was quite determined and finally found the one copy that the store had. You have to admire that kind of service to make a five dollar sale. I'll happily shop worth them again

I get it with the holidays here, stores are crazy and some of us tend to forget how to offer great customer service. I want to thank Naeemah for going above and beyond for me when I needed assistance. Target should have Naeemah training other employees on how to provide service excellence.

I love target. Very big fan. Unfortunately, target in East Hanover is unbelievable. The staff is very unfriendly. If you ask a question they are just rude. The customer service department. Forget it. They are as rude as they come. I had to return something and she told me I can't return it because I didn't have a receipt, even though I had my red card and they always look it up on the red card. She said to me "no, we aren't taking this back- you don't have a receipt we don't take it back"  there store is pretty clean & stocked. Bathrooms are old and dirty. Saw an employee one time not wash her hands and she was a cashier. I made sure to go to self check out that day.  I had one coupon for a $1 off, one time I was there, they said they can't take it because they think it was a fake. I peeled the coupon off of the dog door I was buying. It was a manufacturer coupon. I showed the lady, she said that us customers aren't allowed to peel them and use them the same day. What?! Are u telling me I'm not allowed to save one dollar one my $40 bag of dog food. Yeah OK.  Just a warming guy's, target on east Hanover isn't the best, it's worth the drive to rockaway. That store is amazing.
