My recent experience at this BestBuy has been excellent. I was there on a Saturday to purchase a SNES classic and I found this location to be very organized when it comes to dealing with high demand products that often results in a waiting line. They worked with me to get what I needed and was very helpful throughout the process. I also decided to purchase a TV during this visit, but was unable to fit it into my car. The staff worked with me to arrange a delivery solution that was convenient for me. The sales representative that worked the TV section that day was also very knowledgeable about their products and helped me with my TV purchase.

The customer service used to be good about a year ago. Now it’s just a bunch of workers standing in the feont of the store looking at the cameras and making fun of shopping customers. I asked for help in the front and they told me they would send somebody but after 10 minutes of waiting and no one showing up I decided I would never go back to that store unless the customer service improves.

Geek squad did it again! Over the last several years I have taken many computers in for large and small reasons. They have always been courteous and have known how to fix the problems and we're able to identify even IF a problem exists. Used them just this past weekend and Cameron was a great help in taking in my desktop and allay in any concerns. GREAT Job!

Cameron and To with the geek squad support are awesome. Had a power issue with my PC which I thought was the power supply. They checked the cables and motherboard to rule everything out and installed an upgraded power supply that I got in store. They then checked the new supply independently and all the cables to make sure I would be set as soon as I got home. Professional and timely; keeping me updated by phone on the progress and pickup. Hands down using them again.
