I went to print shop. Had 3 calander months printed out and they look excellent! Only had one cashier at the print shop so she did her best to get everyone helped out as best and fast as she could. Absolutely great job on my prints!! 👍👍

I get pictures printed here, and scanned into my email. It's very inexpensive, and the staff are helpful, and take time to get just what I want.

This particular Office Depot should be applauded for their courteous and helpful staff. I've been to other locations where the employees don't go out of their way to help--but not at this location! Jairo was extremely helpful with finding several items. He told me his honest opinions, rather than just picking the first of each object that seemed decent. With his help, I was able to grab a really nice printer, ink, lockbox and filing cabinet. It's clear that he's done his research on the store's products, because he knew the answers to many of my questions right off the top of his head. His positive energy is how anyone should be when they come to work. Andrew is equally helpful and charismatic. He helped me find printer paper for a great deal. Where some employees won't even acknowledge you other than a "hello", Andrew makes sure to treat you like a person, as opposed to a sale. I also witnessed both gentleman assisting customers to their cars...talk about service! If only more people were like them. I will definitely be returning to this Office Depot soon.

The employees at the W. Freeway Office Depot were very helpful. The chair I wanted was not at this location and they called another to find it for me. When I got to the Carroll St. store they had the box with my chair in it up at the front ready for me to take home. Very good customer service.

They didn't have anything I was looking for but one of the employees did her best to try and help. She spent a lot of time trying to look up or find in the store several of the items I needed. Although I greatly appreciated her dedication it took entirely too long. Rather than jumping on to the next item she should have asked if she would like her to try and find the next item on my list. I will go back, just if I can't find something I don't think I will ask next time.
